iOS 14.2.2 Upgrade Failed - Failed to get location ID from booted OS device

 iOS 14.0.0 Upgrade Failure to 14.2.2

Used iTunes 12.11.0.26 to upgrade iPhone 12 Pro Max with 14.0.0, and password enabled, but failed with following error:

Searched Apple forum but nobody encountered the exact error.

Tested following step, and it resolved the problem. iOS was able to upgrade to 14.2.2 without any more isssue:
