EXP-00079: Data in table "SALES" is protected. Conventional path may only be exporting partial table.
There are 2 solutions:
- Temporary disable policy
- Use user with system privilege EXEMPT ACCESS POLICY (SYS, but not SYSTEM)

Oracle Policy Manager allows fine grain control on what user can SELECT from any table. During table export, user will see following warning
EXP-00079: Data in table "SALES" is protected. Conventional path may only be exporting partial table.
