SAP BODS: DSMC Web Console Only Show Top Banner

When accessing following BODS web console, ie DSWC, it only shows the top banner after clicked on "Adminsitrators" icron

URL: http://localhost:8080/DataServices

After many days of troubleshooting, found that some daemons in CMC are disabled by someone.  It is interesting to see that there is no error in any of the SIA log, as well as browser interface, which makes this extremely difficult to troubleshoot.

This is the 2nd time I found the daemon in CMC suddenly down or disabled.  In both incidents, it is difficult to identify the root cause, and only lucky to land into the the CMC > Servers List screen
